Will customers access the processing engine directly?
No. The processing engine is intended to run behind the scenes. Customers will use the IsoFlow workspace to view job status and review results. Self-serve subscriptions will be announced when the integrated workflow is ready.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial is offered. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are planned paid subscriptions and remain unavailable until the customer workspace and processing integration are ready. You can ask about the Tier 1 human-reviewed service.
Does IsoFlow replace an auditor or consultant?
No. Mapping results support evidence review; a qualified professional must assess whether evidence is relevant and sufficient for the engagement.
What about data security?
Review the published security information and confirm the current processing arrangements with us before sharing sensitive client material. Do not submit confidential data until the handling terms have been agreed.
What deliverable can I expect?
The proposed deliverable is a structured evidence map, typically in spreadsheet form. Exact scope, source references, and review depth are agreed before an engagement begins.
