2. Processing of Audit Documents (The Stateless Guarantee)
IsoFlow is explicitly designed as a stateless processor.
- No Storage: The PDF, DOCX, and CSV files you upload are processed entirely in volatile memory (RAM).
- Immediate Deletion: The moment your browser receives the generated Excel export, your session data is permanently destroyed. We do not retain, log, or backup your client documents.
- No AI Training: Your documents are never used to train our AI models or third-party LLMs.
3. Information We Actually Collect
To provide our service, manage your account, and handle billing, we collect limited administrative data:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and professional title when you request pilot access.
- Billing Information: Processed securely via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Metadata: Anonymous connection telemetry (e.g., number of mapping requests processed) to monitor API uptime.
4. Third-Party Subprocessors
We use trusted, SOC-2 compliant vendors to operate our infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Tally (forms). We also interface with enterprise LLM APIs under strict zero-retention data processing agreements.
