By accessing or using the IsoFlow Systems platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IsoFlow provides an automated, stateless orchestration engine designed to assist compliance professionals in mapping policy documents to security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

3. Pilot Access & Billing

Access to the Early Access Pilot requires a one-time non-refundable setup fee. Upon completion of the pilot period, continued access may require a transition to our standard subscription model. IsoFlow reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

4. Disclaimer of Liability & Accuracy

While IsoFlow utilizes advanced AI orchestration to extract verbatim quotes, the Service is an assistance tool, not a substitute for professional audit judgment.

• You acknowledge that you, as the auditor or compliance professional, are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving the final Excel outputs generated by the Service before submitting them to certification bodies or clients.
• IsoFlow Systems shall not be held liable for any failed audits, compliance breaches, or damages resulting from inaccurate mappings or missed controls.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its underlying orchestration logic, codebase, and interface, is the exclusive property of IsoFlow Systems. You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the documents and matrices you upload.
